Job Description

We are looking for energetic, passionate, and caring nurses who are committed to working a minimum of 24-32 hr.'s a week providing quality clinical services to residents in various settings in the community.

• Patient care is delivered in accordance to the scope of the nursing guidlines and maintain the standards of the community health practice.
• Skilled nursing care is provided in the form of assessment, teaching, treatment, documentation and care coordination demonstrating high quality customer service.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 11PM-7AM and occatioanl weekends. 
• The RN/LPN we are looking for fully Covid Vaccinated nurses and be able to work in the home setting and facilities such as Assisted Living, SNF, and Hospitals.
• Our candidates will build a relationship with staff, residents, and their families in all the places they may be working in. 
• We offer blocked shift times in some of the facilities we partner with. 
• Care of the elderly is our most valued service. 
• Assisting and caring for the memory impaired clients.
• Our goal is to support the resident's overall physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
